-- You will learn how to make a plan toward your goals, and you will be persistent in approaching them, such as reducing weight, controlling emotions, and removing limiting beliefs to improve self-esteem in all aspects of your life.
The coaching session can be face-to-face or online coaching in English or Chinese. The first 30-minute coaching sessions are free.
