I am a certified life coach with more than 15 years of teaching & training experience in a cross-culture international environment. And I gained my academic title "Master of Science" in Human Resources Development in 2002.

With my experiences and educational background, I can get along with others to understand them from their point of view to improve their quality of life. Besides, I am very patient and a good listener with a customer-centric mind.

I am willing to support you to get over your obstacles together to achieve any goals to get the life you want. A tailor-made learning program will be created for you, such that you can achieve your goals within a short period.

In the past, I helped my clients to learn how to access resourceful psychological states to be aware of something in their unconscious mind that hold their back and get rid of these limiting beliefs & bad habits, including:
Controlling emotions;
Improving self-confidence;
Overcoming phobia;
Reducing stress & anxiety;
Improving Romantic relationship;
Reducing weight & quitting smoking;
Helping autistic children, etc.

After completing coach sessions, they found the pieces of oasis in their mind to improve their learning capability, which could help them deal with any difficulties in their daily life and create healthy & happy life in general.

Registering for my class, you do not need any pre-requisite knowledge because the learning program will be only for you, but I only have one request from you, which you should believe we can make magic happen in your life together!

Besides, I would like you to know my working principles: do my best to meet more than your expectations, and your privacy will only be kept in the classroom. If you have no time during the week, we can move the coaching sessions to the weekend. The coaching session is in English or Chinese.
