After spending years reprogramming my inner critic, setting boundaries with it and transforming it, I’ve managed to become a self-confident and empowered person that I always wanted to be. It has become my purpose to empower others as it’s the most rewarding activity I have experienced. In this workshop I’ll make you understand how inner critic works, its function and the ways that it can become your inner encourager.
