Guitar Instruction

If you have ever wanted to learn basic guitar with an emphasis on rock music, now is your chance. I offer guitar lessons in a relaxed environment and as a multi instrumentalist and recording artist, I would be delighted to be able to introduce songwriting skills so that you can write very easily using a portable eight track device that I have successfully used to publish material for many years. I not only offer instruction and technique, musical composition, and recording, but I unlock how I quickly get ideas down into a form that is easily shared to be able to write songs rapidly and by enhancing simple recording techniques, your musical identity may grow dramatically.

Lessons may include:

•An initial assessment of your ability by asking you to play a song
•Conversation about expectations of proficiency and mastery of guitar
•Inventory of client's musical interests
•Methods and forms of musical expression on guitar (by genre)
•Demonstration of skill by performing alongside instructor
•Awareness of guitar styles (tone, volume, technique)
•Multi-track recording allowing you to play along with your own recorded tracks
