Deze workshop belicht de manieren waarop communicatie (op de werkvloer) meer effectief gemaakt kan worden door middel van positieve psychologie en NLP (Neurolinguïstisch Programmeren). Ik geef je tools en tips die je gaan helpen met communiceren, waaronder de lastige boodschappen.

It's not what you say, it's how you say it. This workshop highlights the ways in which communication (in the workplace) can be made more effective through positive psychology and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I give you tools and tips that will help you communicate also difficult messages.
