My journey as a fitness professional started a few years ago when I struggled with my physical and mental health. I found solace and healing through the practice of movement and bodyweight exercises.
As I delved deeper into fitness and nutrition, I discovered a newfound sense of purpose and a calling to help others achieve the same transformation I had experienced. I started to work with various clients, from those who were starting their fitness journey to those who were looking to take their training to the next level. Through this process, I realized that I was not just helping people get in shape, but I was also helping them build self-confidence, improve their mental health, and enhance their quality of life.
I then realized my true calling was to be a personal trainer and movement & calisthenics instructor. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and learning, taking courses, attending workshops, and seeking mentorship from some of the leading fitness professionals in the industry. My determination and hard work paid off as I honed my skills and developed my unique approach to fitness, which combines functional movement, bodyweight exercises, and mindfulness to help clients reach their goals and overcome obstacles.
I have learned the importance of resilience, persistence, and the power of the human spirit, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share these lessons with others.
