In these customised lessons you will learn how to move properly in harmony with your body, learning the correct bio-mechanics of the exercises. What you will learn depends on your requirements and goals: if your goal is to improve strength, you will learn differently from those who are interested in increasing their speed in sprinting or those who want to improve their posture and pain with specific training. Or from those who want to train to lose weight! You will still learn something ;) My classes are open for anyone desire to change. Have fun and feel good with themself!
