Over mij
After graduating as electric bass player at Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia (Rome) I moved in 2015 to The Hague (NL) to study double bass in the jazz department of the Royal Conservatory. Here I studied with Clemens van der Feen, Janos Bruneel, Gulli Gudmundsson and Jean-Paul Everts. In 2021 I fnished my master degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam where I attended lessons of Frans van der Hoeven, Ernst Glerum and Ruud Ouwehand. I am active as performer playing in clubs and festivals in Europe (Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Spain, Germany) with my Quartet (Marios Charalambous, Raul Santana, Dimitris Koutantos) the Wooden Jazz Trio (Casper Christensen, Omiros Militiadous), The NJA Trio (Josè Cervera, Nitin Parree) and as sideman in many other projects (Zoe de Priester Quintet, Jazz Kings).
During my carreer I shared the stage with some of the biggest names of the european jazz scene: Eric Ineke, Simon Rigter, Benjamin Herman, Juraj Stanik, John Ruocco, Niels Tausk, Rob van Bavel, Rachel Gould, Owen Hart Jr, Rolf Delfos.
I also studied with Marco Siniscalco, Andrea Pighi, Jarmo Hoogendijk, Eric Ineke, Roelof Meijer, Stefano Pagni, Paolo Damiani.
