I'm a freelance cellist - beside teaching, I play all kinds of music in different orchestras or ensembles internationally.
I have almost 20 years of experience in playing cello.
I spent most of my education years in Poland, but then I came to study in Maastricht, Rotterdam and Prague.

I've been teaching children and adults from starting and more advanced levels for several years. As a teacher I have an open and inquisitive attitude and I really like to work with people.

Through many years of professional experience I played classical music, but also other kinds like a contemporary, jazz, latin, pop and crossovers. Most importantly, I learned a lot about teaching methods and got valuable ideas from truly inspiring teachers and artists at many international masterclasses. Things that particularly inspired me or which I remember to have helped me a lot, I try to put into teaching others, observe their progress and give them tools for practicing beside the lesson.

I learned a lot from the preparation for performances during contests, at which I've been grateful to receive several prizes. I am also an experienced chamber music and orchestra player. Among performing in the international academic orchestras, I have been a member and a principal cellist of the Netherlands Youth Orchestra.
As a freelance musician, I have collaborated in projects with Antwerp Philharmonic Orchestra, National Ballet and Opera in Amsterdam, European Pop Orchestra and other projects as a studio session musician or in a Dutch TV. I performed with well established artists, such as Lauryn Hill, Andrea Bocelli, Matteo Bocelli, Dolly Dots, and others.
