Jin Shin Jyutsu is a powerful, yet simple, self-care practice of healing. It helps us improve our health and wellbeing. By placing our hands on the relevant body part, we can activate one of the 26 energy sites (SELs) on the body.

When practiced regularly, Jin Shin Jyutsu relaxes, repairs, cleans and regenerates the whole body. It facilitates the body’s own healing ability at the root level.

During this online session, I personally guide, with clear and effectiveness, exercises designed for your personal needs. After the session, I'll provide you with some self-help activities to practice every day in the comfort of your own home.
