I use different movements mainly in conditioning the body and the mind to connect to the inner Self and the subtle body.
I also at times use an existing sequence which I call systematic movement such as Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga sequence and/or other conditioning sequences.
We may connect the two above approaches and finally sit to a meditation.
I mostly also give examples of yoga philosophy of my selections per the person to start and/or end the lesson with.
